Due to changes in family dynamics, the owners of the main residence chose to reconfigure certain spaces to create a recreational rental apartment with independent access.

The project involved integrating one of the existing rooms with an outdoor environment by opening it to a surrounding terrace.

The layout was redesigned in this area to incorporate a bathroom and an open-concept kitchen that seamlessly connects with the outdoors. Complemented by a pool and relaxation areas, the project offers a comprehensive and adaptable environment for
modern living and leisure.
